Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team. As a Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our hospitality establishment. Duties: - Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks as needed - Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans - Ensure all kitchen surfaces are kept clean and free of debris - Stock and organize supplies in designated storage areas - Assist with receiving and storing deliveries - Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Skills: - Previous experience in a hospitality, hotel, restaurant, banquet, or catering setting is preferred - Knowledge of basic cooking techniques is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen - Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues - Flexibility to work various shifts as required Join our team as a Steward and contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
