- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- Collaborate with the Director of Golf and Bar Supervisor to create and update menus
- Supervise and train Food & Beverage staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Oversee the plating and presentation of dishes
- Assist with banquet and catering events as needed

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
