```Job Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the food preparation and kitchen operations at our golf course. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen runs smoothly.

```Duties```
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- Collaborate with the Director of Golf and Bar Supervisor to create and update menus
- Supervise and train Food & Beverage staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Oversee the plating and presentation of dishes
- Assist with banquet and catering events as needed

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of menu planning and recipe development
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food management principles, including inventory control and cost management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
