    Responsibilities:
    - Plan and execute menus for banquets, events, and restaurant service
    - Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
    - Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and consistency
    - Monitor inventory levels and control costs through effective inventory management
    - Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
    - Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
    - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
    - Adhere to all health and safety regulations

    Requirements:
    - Proven experience as a Chef in banquet and restaurant settings
    - Strong knowledge of food production techniques, culinary trends, and flavor profiles
    - Excellent leadership and team management skills
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
    - Proficient in inventory control and cost management
    - Knowledge of bartending is a plus
    - Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
