We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our esteemed culinary team at our high-end restaurant. As Chef de Cuisine, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence while providing leadership and direction to our kitchen staff. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring that every dish reflects the exceptional quality and creativity expected from our establishment.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and management team to create innovative and seasonally-inspired menus that showcase the finest ingredients and flavors, while also meeting the preferences and expectations of our discerning clientele.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional development.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of culinary professionals, while also maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Handle strong personalities with professionalism and diplomacy, maintaining open communication and resolving conflicts as needed to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining prestigious accolades such as James Beard awards, Michelin stars, or recognition from Forbes.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks as needed.
• A commitment to excellence and a dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per hour
