    • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and management team to create innovative and seasonally-inspired menus that showcase the finest ingredients and flavors, while also meeting the preferences and expectations of our discerning clientele.
    • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional development.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of culinary professionals, while also maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.
    • Handle strong personalities with professionalism and diplomacy, maintaining open communication and resolving conflicts as needed to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar leadership role.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining prestigious accolades such as James Beard awards, Michelin stars, or recognition from Forbes.
    • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks as needed.
    • A commitment to excellence and a dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per hour
