Regional Claims Manager manages the operations of an insurance claims department to meet operational, financial, and service requirements. Oversees the intake and processing of insurance claims for personal, property, or casualty loss based on coverage, appraisal, and verifiable damage. Being a Regional Claims Manager manages appraisal and examination staff and processes. Assures timely and proper disposition of claims based on policy provisions. Additionally, Regional Claims Manager recommends and implements best practices to ensure complete and thorough claim settlements, legal reviews, and investigations following company policies and insurance industry regulations. Determines the value of settlements for escalated claims. Manages negotiations of settlements and administration of claims in litigation. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Regional Claims Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.     Our Regional Digital Sales Manager will play a key role in driving our organization’s digital sales initiatives and developing our portfolio of digital products. Consistent collaboration with our local market leaders as well as developing our team of nearly 20 revenue generators will be critical to success in this role.

    We are eager to continue to build on digital revenue business already being produced as well as grow new business in traditional platforms and introduce new tools to our nine-county regional market.

    · In this active sales leadership role, you will be involved daily in developing digital revenue strategies and executing your plans to drive revenue.

    · You will leverage our digital assets to creative innovative local and regional campaigns, working with local creative teams to develop solutions for our customers.

    · You will develop and drive sales plans through multi-market regional and local teams, working through local leadership, in establishing goals and strategy to deliver results to each market.

    · Work to establish new accounts regularly and oversee the management and fulfillment of these accounts in conjunction with account executives and executive leadership.

    · Establish and monitor key pacing and output metrics at the client, creative and sales executive level to assure objectives are being met, especially client outcomes.

    · Lead annual strategic planning for all digital products including account planning, product strategy, new product development and goals by product channel.

    Skills:

    · 3 years managing digital and multimedia advertising sales with extensive business development experience. Plus, an additional 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a media environment.

    · Strong sales leadership, people skills and planning skills.

    · Excellent collaboration skills, organizational agility and capacity to work across a complex matrix environment.

    · Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.

    · A passion for digital marketing and advertising as well as an appreciation for the unique, critical role that local media play in building strong communities.

    · BA/BS preferred but not required.
