Summary Description: Olvera Enterprises is a rapidly growing organization that is currently seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the Supermercado Mexico operations. The Regional Manager will work alongside the Olvera Enterprises retail department services to continuously supervise and improve the day-to-day operation of the supermarkets. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail operations, including labor management, sales analysis, strategic planning, hiring and training practices, and more. The Regional Manager will also require knowledge in modern day technology and POS operations and how they relate to store operations to always be improving the overall customer experience and the store efficiency.
This position is primarily stationed at the corporate office but is expected to spend considerable time in the locations with the Store Managers and their teams. This may include evenings and weekends as necessary to always ensure proper store operations.
