SUMMARY
The IT Manager ensures the development, implementation, and maintenance of cost-effective and efficient information technology solutions for the organization to meet current and future business needs. The IT Manager oversees the internal IT team consisting of Business Analysts, Project Managers and Quality Control, and supervises the work and outcome of onshore and offshore vendors. The incumbent works closely with the Business Units and manages all aspects of their new projects including scoping, BRD/TRD completion, kick-off, development, testing, implementation, training, and change management. S/he ensures all project timelines and goals adhere to approved budgets. The IT Manager will manage contracted vendors, consultants, and the internal team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management or a related field.
· At least six years of experience with progressive management in a professional services IT Department.
· Minimum of three years administrating and working with Salesforce.
· Experience with a broad range of business systems, hardware and networking services currently utilized by the company, including Salesforce, multi-factor authentication, Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, VMWare, and Azure Dev Ops.
· A broad range of professional experience in multiple IT disciplines such as applications support, server and network administration, project and program management, vendor management, business continuity and risk management.
· Strong organizational skills, especially managing complex projects utilizing Sprints, scrum meetings and agile methodology with ability to organize others around you.
· Effective written and oral communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a concise manner to a variety of audiences.
· Strong project management, problem-solving and organizational skills, including the ability to provide clear direction for projects and functional teams, and the ability to provide clear and concise written documentation and analysis.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal business office conditions. Working for prolonged periods of time at a computer screen. Hybrid schedule including in-office and remote work (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
