Regional Human Resources Manager designs, plans, and implements human resources programs and policies, including staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs for a region within an organization. Ensures existing programs in compliance with government regulations. Being a Regional Human Resources Manager may lead the work of Human Resources Business Partners. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Human Resources Manager typically reports to a Director or top executive. The Regional Human Resources Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Regional Human Resources Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Position Overview:
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Human Resources Manager to become an integral part of our team. In this role, the HR Manager will play a critical role in steering the recruitment and staffing efforts across our Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake the recruitment of staff for corporate offices, as well as other locations and roles as required.
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment and selection process for our SNFs, which includes sourcing potential candidates and conducting initial phone interviews.
- Supervise the recruitment activities of HR Directors within our Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Efficiently manage the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Take charge of staffing and scheduling across the facilities, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient scheduling practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
