WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
You will play a crucial role in maintaining a harmonious work environment by acting as the point of contact for employees, addressing their queries, and assisting in resolving any concerns that may arise. Your support in talent acquisition will be integral, as you will assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring employees have access to necessary health insurance and retirement plans. Maintaining accurate employee records will be one of your key responsibilities in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborating with HR and management, you will assist in identifying training needs and supporting the organization of training programs. As part of your role, you will utilize human resource information systems to support benefits administration, time and attendance tracking, payroll management, and the storage of employee data. Your skills in data analysis will also come into play as you generate HR reports and assist in providing insights to support HR decision-making.
