  • Summary:    The HR Generalist is a motivated and detail-oriented individual who provides Tier I payroll, benefit, and human resource (HR) support to current and former team members. This position coordinates with internal business partners to resolve inquiries, including escalation of complex incidents, and support the administration of various HR and Training programs. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Tier I support for team member inquiries across a broad range of HR related topics, resolving a high percentage of cases on first touch. Serve as the in-person point of contact for basic HR needs at the Store Support Center. Support the field HR Managers as needed with activities like apparel orders, personnel file retrieval, Dayforce issues, policy questions, etc. Process correspondence from various governmental agencies, employment verifications and other entities. Effectively partner with internal and external customers, including support to all business units and team members, delivering high-level customer service through timely response. Serve as an HRIS (Dayforce) expert for handling employee reports, status changes, job posting and new hire processing. Support the coordination of internal and vendor training sessions with a strong sense of urgency and resourcefulness, ensuring that they are organized and effective. Help assign required courses in our Learning Management system and retrieve and communicate LMS reporting data as needed Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of experience within a HR function or HR organization. Customer service experience, a plus. Experience using Dayforce, a plus. Required Skills: Detail oriented and strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to quickly learn new systems. Position is mostly in-office.
