Effectively partner with internal and external customers, including support to all business units and team members, delivering high-level customer service through timely response. Serve as an HRIS (Dayforce) expert for handling employee reports, status changes, job posting and new hire processing. Support the coordination of internal and vendor training sessions with a strong sense of urgency and resourcefulness, ensuring that they are organized and effective. Help assign required courses in our Learning Management system and retrieve and communicate LMS reporting data as needed Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of experience within a HR function or HR organization. Customer service experience, a plus. Experience using Dayforce, a plus. Required Skills: Detail oriented and strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to quickly learn new systems. Position is mostly in-office.
