    The Job You Will Perform:
    • Serves as Lead Human Resources member of the mill and is an integral part of the Mill's Lead Team and the containerboard Business Human Resource Team.
    • Provides functional coordination and direction of all human resources initiatives in the mill.
    • Supports approximately 350 employees in a unionized facility.
    • Responsible for the continuous improvement and measurement of the effectiveness of the mill human resources organization.
    • Creates staffing, selection, training and development plans to build teams that fully contribute to achieving business goals.
    • Fosters environment focused on alignment, engagement, and execution to accomplish key business objectives.
    • Educates and coaches management and others on company policies and work rules.
    • Champions leadership and people development processes.
    • Develops and ensures the implementation of an employee/labor relations strategy that incorporates best practices and creates change.
