Chautauqua County’s Department of Health is looking to fill one (1) full-time Registered Professional Nurse II (Public Health) position to work as assigned in their Mayville, NY office. Schedule is as assigned at 35 hours/week. Salary range is $28.71 - $37.73/hour plus benefits. This work is public health in nature and involves routine care of patients in the following areas: vaccination clinics, rabies follow-up, communicable disease investigations, TB and directly observed therapy, welcome baby, newborn screenings, mobile health unit work, breastfeeding home visits, etc. All nursing tasks are performed in support of Public Health related programs, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications: Possession of a license issued by the State of New York to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse at the time of application, appointment, and during service in this classification.
