CSN-Lincoln is looking for a multi-talented and strengths-focused HR Manager to provide leadership in the development and execution of HR strategies that support CSN’s mission, principles and goals.
A leader who will oversee the day-to-day personnel functions including recruitment, retention, on-boarding, employee relations, records and performance management, benefits and payroll administration. The HR Manager will work together with and supervise the Lincoln HR Assistant.

What You'll Need:
Possessing unique recruiting and retention techniques, strong, self-directed time management skills, confidence in decision making, and extensive knowledge of on-boarding and employee engagement will be crucial to the position.
Additionally, ability to manage and maintain the HRIS system (UKG), and strong employee relations skills developing and maintaining professional interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels within the organization will be essential.
The HR Manager needs to be a team player with a positive attitude and effective communication skills.
Minimum qualifications: One year of Human Resources experience and a working knowledge of Nebraska state and Federal employment law and an ability to communicative effectively both verbally and in writing with a diverse population. Must also maintain a valid and unexpired driver’s license and auto insurance; reliable transportation; possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; and successfully pass all required background checks.
Desired qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, human services or a related field; PHR or SHRM certification; three to five years relevant work experience in Human Resources. Previous work experience supporting individuals with intellectual disability also advantageous.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8a-5p.
