    RegalCare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Human Resources with skilled nursing home experience  to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations across multiple locations in Massachusetts. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement HR strategies that support our mission and drive organizational success. You will play a critical role in the oversight of our payroll operations and must have a deep understanding of payroll systems and labor management to streamline our payroll processes, main compliance with federal and state regulations, and provide exceptional support to our employees.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction for HR functions within the region.
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
    • Oversee recruitment and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent.
    • Partner with facility administrators and managers to address employee relations issues and performance management concerns.
    • Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
    • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR-related topics.
    • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
    • Travel throughout Massachusetts to visit different facilities and support HR needs as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a regional HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
    • Strong knowledge of Massachusetts employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to travel extensively throughout Massachusetts.
    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred but not required.
