As a Regional Manager, Human Resources you will support operations as a HR Business Partner. You will be the primary point of contact responsible for the Human Resources function for employees within scope providing excellent advice and counsel on a wide variety of HR topics. The HRBP role helps drive the alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals. As a key collaborator, you will play a vital role in fostering positive employee relations, supporting talent management strategies, and ensuring the success of HR programs. This position is based at the Irvine, CA location, but will be responsible for offices throughout the western region.

Plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of HR operations under the authority of Corporate Human Resources.
Manage the new hire onboarding and departing employee off-boarding processes.
Support performance management processes, with a focus on maintaining consistent feedback.
Provide advice, coaching and counseling to employees and managers regarding policy & procedure interpretation and employee relations issues.
Ensure policies and procedures are being followed and documented. Take corrective action as necessary.
Work with management to understand the needs of the business.
Counsel management and employees on employment issues, perform conflict resolution and liaise with Corporate HR and legal counsel as necessary.
Responsible for various monthly, quarterly and annual reports (headcount, organization chart)
Update and maintain employee data in ADP HRIS and other business systems, as needed.
Administer the regional budget approval (RINGI) processing and coordinate with Corporate HR
Maintain a working knowledge of and ensure compliance with State and Federal HR laws: State Disability, FMLA, DOL, ADA, EEO, etc.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of trends, best practices, and technologies.
Plan and organize events to motivate and improve employee engagement.
Other related duties as assigned.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or HR Business partner role.
Previous experience working with an HRIS such as ADP WorkforceNow.
Up-to-date and working knowledge of State and Federal laws; FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.
Exceptional customer service and people skills. Ability to develop rapport and cultivate trusting relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Travel up to 10% of the time.
Preferred:
PHR/SPHR or other HR certification a plus
Previous experience working with a Case Management System

The typical pay range for this role is $94,000.00-$118,000.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
