Licensed Home Care Agency is seeking an employee for a Human Resources (HR) position, located in our Far Rockaway office.

• Oversee human resources assistance to new and existing employees.
• Maintains professional demeanor while assisting all employees.
• Oversee processing of applications/requirements to new applicants.
• Oversee tracking of all applicants and follow up.
• Manage orientation/training for new employees
• Oversee annual compliance. for all employees
• Manage the onboarding process of new caregivers
• Establish and execute  processes and systems for efficient HR performance and update as needed

Requirements:

• Must have Home Care and Human Resources experience.
