The Human Resources Manager is responsible for helping to set the strategic direction of the human resources at the plant level. This position ensures the right talent is in place to execute plant strategy and achieve desired business results. The HR Manager cultivates and maintains a positive work environment while providing optimal level of HR service and delivery in support of business goals and objectives. This is a hands-on, on-site position at our Lena, IL facility.
