Regional Human Resources Manager designs, plans, and implements human resources programs and policies, including staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs for a region within an organization. Ensures existing programs in compliance with government regulations. Being a Regional Human Resources Manager may lead the work of Human Resources Business Partners. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Human Resources Manager typically reports to a Director or top executive. The Regional Human Resources Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Regional Human Resources Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Human Resources Director

  • This position is responsible for the human capital strategy of Lake Norman Regional Medical Center and Davis Regional Medical Center. The HR Director plans, directs and carries out policies relating to all phases of personnel activity. Plans and conducts new employee orientation programs to foster positive attitudes toward company goals. Monitors and drives recruitment and retention activities related to hires, promotions, and transfers. The HR Director provides oversight for employee engagement, FMLA, payroll, investigations, leader development, HRIS reporting, compensation, and the HR portion of regulatory surveys. Conducts wage surveys within relevant labor markets to determine competitive wage rates. Prepares the budget for personnel operations. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Reports to the CEO and is on the Administrative Team. Must be able to be on-call 24/7 one week every six weeks in a rotation with other Administrative team members.

    • Bachelors degree or commensurate HR work experience and education required. Masters degree preferred.
    • Minimum of three (3) years supervisory/management in HR in an acute hospital setting is required
