Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at ISTI Plant Services. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee onboarding, employee offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and in Spanish and the ability to work effectively and efficiently within the team.
