SUMMARY
The Human Resources Assistant Manager is an integral part of the Human Resources assisting with executing the organization’s overall risk and safety strategy functions. This individual will provide Human Resources & Safety expertise and safety program support in areas including but not limited to employee, volunteer, neighbor and site safety; safety training; incident and accident investigations; ; and OSHA regulatory and other licensing compliance. This role will also support Human Resources management activities in various divisions throughout the organization while maintaining confidentiality regarding Human Resources related issues.
