Office Manager (Flagler, Colorado)

We are a manufacturing company which produces consumer products for the outdoor lifestyle industry and sells to big box stores, major online retailers and other mass merchandisers. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager at one of our production facilities who will report directly to the Plant Manager. The Office Manager position is responsible for the smooth operation of all office functions, including but not limited to managing Human Resources functions, supervising office personnel, and ordering supplies. The successful candidate will be a take charge, organized and self-motivated individual, capable of instructing/managing others. This individual must also be professional when greeting visitors and answering phones. The position also requires initiative, discretion, judgement and the ability to handle confidential information, all in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling all day-to-day Human Resources activities at the facility
• Maintaining inventory of raw materials in Accounting software
• Monitoring, tracking and controlling all key supply contracts
• Assisting the Plant Manager with ordering supplies, including purchase order completion
• Answering the phone and greeting guests

Requirements/Experience:

• Prior office management experience
• Two-year college degree preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of basic accounting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word
• Punctual
• Effective communication skills

Compensation/Benefits:

• $35,000 - $40,000 annual salary, depending on experience
