    • Directly supervised at least 5 properties (Multi-Family Property Management).
    • Proficiency using Microsoft (word, excel, outlook, teams)
    • Strong work ethics, reliable, responsible, accountable.
    • Work autonomously with minimal supervisor, completing tasks in a timely manner. 
    • Experience analyzing budgets.
    • Analyze property performance, create marketing plans to increase occupancy
    • Manage and supervise staff
    • Resman property management software
    • Excellent customer care 
    • Staff development
    • Plan, direct, coordinate 
    • Travel to properties
