Regional Manager (Consumer Loans) manages the consumer loan activity for multiple branches, teams, or geographic locations. Helps research, develop, communicate, and implement lending policies. Coaching, mentoring, developing and leading direct and indirect reports
Identifying process improvements to decrease scrap, increase efficiencies and find cost savings
Participating within the management team to meet plant objectives
Completing daily, weekly and monthly reporting and data collection
Optimizing scheduling and changeover activities
Adjusting manning as needed, based on production schedules and goals
Completing root cause analysis and developing countermeasures
Qualifications:
BS / BSE / BA5 years of Process-related manufacturing management experience in chemical, coating, plastics, refinery, food, or beverageExperience completing CI functions, ie. scrap reductions, improving line efficienciesExperience overseeing direct and indirect reportsSupervision experience in non-union work environmentsExcelIdeal Skills:
ERP experienceExperience working in highly automated environmentsLean certifications
Salary $130-140K annual bonus, profit sharing, 401K and company benefits, vacation, relocation assistance.
