Manufactured Home Sales Manager

BoaVida Communities is an operator of Manufactured Home and RV Communities based in Sacramento. Our portfolio of 240 properties is concentrated in California, but our locations span from coast to coast. We are currently seeking a qualified results-driven Sales Representative to work in the Norwalk/Sandusky, Ohio region covering seven parks in all aspects of leasing, sales and marketing efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Assist in effectively market current homes for sale through social media platforms, Craigslist, MHVillage/Bay, etc.
• Present, promote and sell manufactured homes.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have Manufactured Home Sales License.
• Proven work experience as a sales representative.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Craigslist, Facebook, and posting sales ads.
• Individual must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Individual must be outgoing, collaborative, and have the ability to bring new ideas to the team.
• Must be able to pass background check and substance screening.
