Consumer Loan Representative needed for consumer lending business in Gramercy, LA.

Job description

We are looking to add a bright & motivated individual to our team! The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving problems. You will be responsible for communicating with customers daily regarding general finance inquires, conflict resolutions, applications, and payments.
Experience in consumer finance, sales or clerical customer service support is preferred but not required.
Entry level opportunity to learn and advance in skills and pay.

PTO, Holiday and Health Insurance available after 90 days of full time employment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in person, by phone and email. Such communications require an ability to properly identify the customer’s purpose for their call & ultimately provide them with an answer, offer or solution.
• Managing the cash drawer and daily closeout/cash statement
• Paying all monthly bills given to them by the manager
• Preparing loan documents, filing away, sorting & ensuring all documents are completed in their entirety.
• Office errands, etc.
• Ensuring that inventory stays stocked/ordering as needed to re-stock in a timely manner
• Responsible for helping the team be successful in any way that they are asked by another team member

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to pass background and credit check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $31,000.00 per year
