    ARM Group Enterprises Inc. (ARME) is seeking a self-driven, creative, and energetic Marketing Manager to support our three companies, ARM Group LLC, ARM EnerTech Associates, LLC, and ARM CAMCO LLC. The Marketing Manager will coordinate and develop marketing initiatives, content and campaigns that help drive sales growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, developing and managing marketing programs and platforms that foster customer retention and help drive sales growth, brand building, digital marketing, and creative content generation.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Generate original written, graphical, and video marketing content for various marketing platforms (i.e., website, social media, emails, etc.).
    • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including project profiles, experience matrices, statements of qualifications, resumes, etc. Collaborate with other stakeholders to capture and develop case studies and client testimonials.
    • Lead social media strategy to position ARME as the brand of choice.
    • Utilize SEO to maximize ARME’s reach in online searches.
    • Prepare press releases and take actions to generate favorable public relations via media outlets.
    • Respond to surveys that have the potential to produce public recognition for ARME.
    • Maintain and grow master contacts database.
    • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
    • Promote ARME as the best place to work.
    • Develop yearly marketing plan, budget, and calendar, as well as lead monthly marketing meetings.
    • Coordinate, update, and maintain company websites.
    • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies and generate more qualified leads.
    • Develop high-quality, opportunity-specific pursuit documents (SOQ’s, proposals, presentations, etc.) with competitive and compelling differentiators.
    • Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities, client recognition events and/or trade shows.
    Job Requirements

    Base Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a marketing role, preferably for professional services firm.
    • Strong proficiency with applicable software and applications to include Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy and execution.
    • Excellent written/oral communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational skills (e.g., time management and assignment prioritization) with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
    • Ability to produce high-quality work products with minimal oversight and review effort.

    Preferred Requirements:

    Experience with effectively using a CRM platform.
