    POSITION SUMMARY: 

     

    The Director of Marketing will be a key role in our strategic Dermatology & Plastics healthcare MSO. They will be responsible for developing Skin & Aesthetics marketing and brand strategies across all current and future regional markets. This role will build our marketing plan, and department, taking ownership of annual marketing budgets, comprehensive development of brand strategies across all patient and practice touch points, execution/coordination of all company marketing efforts while ensuring unity and alignment across all teams and channels. The Regional Director of Marketing will serve as both a thought partner to the executive team as well as a results-driven leader to Skin & Aesthetics and strategic third-party partners.

     

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Conduct a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of the company's current marketing practices, support agencies and strategies across all channels; present findings and change recommendations by phase to management team.
    • Develop a marketing team structure that positions S&A for both rapid growth and scalability; recommend and manage to the appropriate mix in marketing resources between internal hires and external vendors.
    • Leverage internal tools to track effectiveness of campaigns and report on KPI's including qualitative feedback on the impact of our marketing initiatives.
    • Embracing a data driven approach, define S&A patient & partner segments across all divisions to enable customization of our marketing, communications, and customer experience strategies.
    • Define consumer segmentation strategies, optimizing channel, traffic, and conversion tactics; deliver targeted, effective marketing tailored to each of our cohorts.
    • Present actionable insights as it relates to competitive brand positioning and targeted community growth with leadership regularly; stay current and adaptable on the ever-evolving behaviors of all markets. 
    • Develop brand awareness strategies for S&A focused on increasing growth of our affiliate base; strengthen top of mind awareness (TOMA) in the Dermatology & Plastics space. 
    • Develop brand awareness strategies for our partner practices focused on increasing growth of our patient base; strengthen top of mind awareness (TOMA) in the Dermatology & Plastics space. 
    • Continuously evaluate and adjust the appropriate mix of traditional marketing and digital campaigns across all S&A platforms and markets. 
    • Develop and execute targeted marketing programs with cross-functional teams in operations for any new product/collection launches or key initiatives to drive core products, patient awareness and engagement in alignment with company goals.
    • Develop strategies that optimize SEO, SEM and Paid Social and right-size investments to improve organic and paid search, driving performance marketing, patient and practice acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion.
    • Coordinate and manage reputation management process; report results and provide insights
    • Event management at the corporate level and event coordination at the practice level as appropriate.
    • Assist in due diligence for acquisition targets in the pipeline as part of the Ops Team; provide evaluation and recommendation. 
    • Assist in integrations for acquisitions as part of the Ops team in order to streamline and harmonize the marketing strategy across all S&A practices. 

                

    REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

     

    • A passion for healthcare marketing.
    • Critical thinking skills with an emphasis on data driven decisions
    • Expertise in the healthcare marketing mix with an emphasis on tech forward promotion
    • Thorough understanding of market developments
    • Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices
    • Exceptional leadership skills to supervise marketing, advertising, and PR initiatives
    • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time

     

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required. 
    • Master’s degree in related field preferred, but not required. 
    • Experience in the healthcare space, ideally Dermatology, Plastics, or a closely related specialty. 
    • Experience in a strategic platform, preferably an MSO model
    • At least five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required.  
    • At least five year of experience with a demonstrable history of progressive responsibility predicated on successful initiatives.
