What you'll do:
Review and analyze progress towards the achievement of sales forecasts and operational goals on a regular basis, and initiates action as needed. Ensures accurate sales forecasts and expected final results are achieved
Develop, implement, and manage the implementation of division marketing strategies, in conjunction with Product Line Managers, Manager, Agronomic Services, Regional Account Managers and Branch Managers
Manage all aspects of physical resources including maintenance and repair, compliance with CPI and other industry regulations, ensuring safe working environment and facilities. Ensures standards are met for farm supply audits and inventory cycle counts
Ensure organization of the customer base and effective implementation of customer programs
Analyze capital requirements and provides recommendations regarding capital budget needs
Analyze operating requirements and provides recommendations regarding budget needs
Ensure division services are developed as appropriate
Ensure the implementation of pro-active health and safety, environmental and security programs
Assist Branch Managers with the settlement of disputes within the division, internal and external to the company
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree preferred
5 years of related experience
5 years of this experience must have been in a leadership capacity
Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Familiarity with grain and farm supply industry regulations and policies
