  • We are currently seeking a positive and driven Regional Marketing manager to join our Marketing/Sales Team! In your role, you will responsible for identifying and executing key marketing programs that drive revenue and growth. Developing channel-specific marketing strategies, planning marketing campaigns, and managing marketing communications, to shape and further develop markets, and directly support the commercialization of our solutions.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives.
    • Recommend strategies and execute tactics for regional marketing plans to support short and long-term business objectives, including launches of new products.
    • Introduce new products to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers; provide trainings, product updates/materials, promotional development, and increase overall engagement.
    • Develop value proposition for target markets and lead commercialization efforts for new markets, customers, or products.
    • Develop appropriate sales tools, collateral, web content, and top communications based on specific audience type and goals of initiative.
    • Target specific channels to promote products and services, including pay-per-click advertising, social media platforms, emails, website contents, and SEO strategies.
    • Determining which platforms to advertise on and adapting campaigns accordingly.
    • Leverage advocacy relationships, thought leaders, key customers, and community influencers to ensure support and empowering long-term relationships.
    • Understand competitive landscape, market drivers and trends.
    • Effectively translate market insights into promotional strategies and tactics.
    • Interface effectively with key internal stakeholders including sales, scientific affairs, product managers, digital specialist, and compliance to enable successful implementation of the global marketing strategy.
    • Anticipate problems and work proactively to mitigate potential issues.
    • Utilize analytical tools and revenue reporting data to make sound marketing decisions to meet or exceed financial and marketing performance objectives and escalate challenges.
    • Travel for tradeshows, field rides, and client meetings required

    Job Requirements:

    • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. Knowledge of digital marketing best practices; experience with marketing automation tools and software.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across many functions within an organization and with external partners, distributors, and customers.
    • Strong presentation skills in front of small (2-10) and large (20 ) groups; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
    • Work independently, in a collaborative environment, and be able to handle multiple projects in parallel.
    • Amount of Travel Required: Approximately 25%

    Pre-requisites/Job Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, communication, or marketing.
    • 3-5 years marketing experience.
    • Understanding of the diagnostic market is advantageous.
    • Product launch experience would be beneficial.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suit.
    • Working knowledge of CRM databases such as Salesforce.com or Aptivo to generate ideas and identify trends.
    • Proven project management skills and results orientation.
