The Regional Sales Assistant role is to assist with increasing sales for the region by supporting the Local Sales Manager’s in your area, generating new business through emails and phone calls, as well as maintaining current business.
1-The RSA is to concentrate (but not limited to) on high school and College programs. This ranges from athletics, academics, or musical events.
2-The RSA is to gain knowledge of each high school and College in their area. The RSA is responsible for knowing which programs each school offer.
3-The RSA is responsible for building a database of Catering Decision Makers (CDM) for each program.
4-The RSA is responsible for maintaining a working calendar of events in the area. This is an important communication tool between LSM and RSA.
5-As part of the sales team the RSA is to attend quarterly sales meetings.
6-The RSA is to keep an ongoing sales tracking spreadsheet.
7-The RSA is contacting sponsors and coaches of incoming teams through emails for events held in their area.
8-The RSA is responsible for keeping a log of hours worked. It is turned in weekly to a supervisor.
9-The RSA is placing orders online as well as calling in orders to various locations.
10-The RSA is to respond to all customer communication within 24hours.
11- The RSA will attend special events if available.
12- Reach the sales goal set each month by the Regional Sales Director.
13 - Respond to all Web Request in the absence of an LSM in a particular market.
14. Assist the RSD in collecting and organizing historical sales data.
