The role you’ll contribute:
The Manager Marketing position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and building community partnerships. Leads the development and execution of marketing plans while meeting budget parameters and providing return on investment metrics for programs.
This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day consumer volume-driving activities as well as the advertising strategies and tactics to grow the brand, patient loyalty and service line volumes at the hospital. The position develops consumer volume-driving tactics and brand messaging to build consumer loyalty through various communication vehicles such as print, direct mail, outdoor, radio, sports marketing, digital media platforms, collateral and special events.
Coordinates advertising strategies and tactics to competitively differentiate, build market preference and grow market share through the hospital’s branded services. Oversees messaging, design, creative execution and production of all marketing communication materials and facilitates necessary approvals on all materials. This position works closely with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, digital media, media relations, community relations, service line teams, physicians, physician liaisons, nurses, administration and internal communications while reporting to the Director of Marketing. Position also has a strong tie to the business development representatives and director to ensure volume and program goals are met and any issues affecting marketability are properly escalated and resolved.
Responsible for developing community outreach programs including social and community awareness that promotes the brand, service lines, business units and growth strategies of the hospital, physician practices and related business units. This position is responsible for evaluating, planning, organizing and managing hospital-based internal and external community health, wellness, seminar/lecture, physician and hospital speaker bureau and outreach programs. This position is also responsible for managing AdventHealth Ocala’s day-to-day contact with the community to generate awareness of the AdventHealth brand and services through community outreach.
