Our marketing team will create consumer demand through smart brand & product promotion, best-in-class content & creative services, insight-driven shopper experiences, and focused channel activation. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for establishing ownable brand positioning and developing initiatives designed to enhance awareness and relevance for the Primos Hunting brand. You will establish brand guidelines and standards for the organization. You will build strategic marketing plans and work with department and platform leaders to achieve market dominance while driving revenue and profitability growth. This position reports to the Vice President, Head of Marketing, and is based in Logan, UT. As the Marketing Manager, you will have an opportunity to: Develop, lead, and inspire a highly productive, results-oriented marketing team. Work closely with functional partners to ensure a successful, seasonal I2C process. Partner with brand and Outdoor Performance leadership to support and reinforce brand strategies and identify opportunities to reach new consumers. Work closely with VP, Head of Camp Chef & Primos in conducting detailed brand analysis to identify potential problems, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions. Execute the plan to deliver brand objectives across all channels and markets. Collaborate with industry marketing service providers and the internal studio to create elevated content. Communicate product innovation effectively to the consumer through all media channels. Lead and leverage brand ambassador marketing relationships. Develop PR & organic social plans to influence consumers and retail customers via organic channels. Create metrics for the success of all marketing programs, instilling a high-performing team culture. Have positive and professional communication with senior leaders outside the Platform. You have: Bachelor’s degree. 5 years’ experience in marketing. Self-starter able to operate in an entrepreneurial environment that rewards the ability to successfully set and achieve goals, execute plans, and work with customers and the company’s management team. Strong consultative marketing and problem-solving skills with customizing capabilities. Outstanding collaboration and team skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to develop and deliver presentations to all levels in the organization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
