We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that showcase our team and our listings in the best possible light. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
· Creating and managing social media content across all of our platforms, including our weekly email that goes to clients and CRM tools.
· Designing and producing marketing materials for each listing, including writing the property description, attending the photo shoots at the houses, creating the printed and online materials and templates, creating the property website, among other duties.
· Managing and updating our website to include recent press releases, weekly blog posts, new listings, and stay up to date on new technologies and shifts in the real estate industry
· Developing a consistent brand and content across our listing presentations, website, showing materials and all marketing campaigns
· Coordinating with real estate agents to support their individual marketing efforts and engagement with the local top agents, including broker tours, open houses, new listing pitches and special events.
· Tracking and analyzing marketing results across all media platforms and updating the team on a weekly basis.
· Updating clients on all marketing efforts and successes on a weekly basis through updating our custom client portal.
Qualifications:
Experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and social media platforms.
Proficiency in email marketing campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of SEO a plus
Real Estate License a plus
