Regional Marketing Manager develops and implements strategic marketing plans for an organization in a regional level. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Being a Regional Marketing Manager researches and develops pricing policies and recommends appropriate sales channels. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Marketing Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Regional Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Regional Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Must be a high-school graduate and align with one these scenarios at the time of application.
- Be registered with a post-secondary institution or enrolled for fall semester (minimum of part-time), with emphasis in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related area.
- Be a graduate of a post-secondary institution with emphasis in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related area and begin the internship within two weeks of their graduation date.
- Experience in an office environment preferred.

To succeed as a Digital Marketing Intern, you'll need the following skills and qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a digital marketing or equivalent degree program
- Prior internship experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other content creation tools.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Ability to quickly learn and process information.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- A strong desire to learn and a professional drive.
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, online analytics, and Google AdWords.
- Passion for the digital marketing industry and its best practices.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you'll support the marketing & public relations team in various daily activities, including:
- Assist in the development and management of social media campaigns.
- Assist in the development and execution of email campaigns. Assist in the set up and oversight of search engine optimization efforts.
- Assist with web development projects.
- Producing and proofreading website content.
- Collecting and reporting data from marketing campaigns.
- Tracking keyword rankings.
- Attending client meetings.
- Managing and updating our marketing databases.
- Designing and producing marketing and patient education materials.
- Completing other tasks as needed.
What You’ll Do as Our Digital Marketing Intern?
You’ll play a crucial role in all stages of digital marketing campaigns. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, such as web development, social media, search engine optimization, and email marketing campaigns. Your contributions will be instrumental in developing, expanding, and maintaining our marketing and patient education projects.
