GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for cultivating and creating diverse, engaging content and publishing it across multiple channels to include social media, digital media, printed media, and more. This person will also represent an on-camera ambassador who connects the Woodloch brands with the public. This person must be a true storyteller, a specialist in video production, and someone who can easily connect with people.
The Woodloch brand encompasses many stakeholders, which include two of the finest resort destinations in the country in Woodloch Resort and The Lodge at Woodloch, along with other assets requiring both internal and external communication. This person will develop and organize the communication and engagement strategy for all Woodloch properties, which range from a family resort to luxury destination spa. Most notably focused around on-camera storytelling, video production, and social media management.
This is an extremely collaborative role where the primary function is to capture moments and make videos that tell the full story of the Woodloch experience from public offerings to events to behind the scenes. This person must exhibit an enthusiasm for connecting with people, most notably the internal staff of Woodloch; they must have a passion for helping others and demonstrate genuine hospitality.
