POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Marketing Director at Ozarks Regional YMCA maintains a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals. The Marketing Director position provides superior marketing and design support to the Ozarks Regional YMCA Association. While working in tandem with a third-party marketing agency, this role supervises and executes the Association’s marketing strategy and initiatives locally while providing insight to the Association on how these strategies are best refined for optimum local execution. The overall goal of this position is to provide the best marketing, communications and support between the Association and the third-party agency while enhancing the YMCA brand.
The successful candidate in this position will play a critical role in the support of Ozarks Regional YMCA and the presence of the YMCA brand in the local market. This role requires a mission-focused attitude and offers a well-rounded marketing position with opportunities for growing knowledge and experience in all facets of marketing, development, and non-profit operations. This position is supported by the third-party marketing agency which provides creative assets, strategic planning and additional advertising services as contracted.
