    About The Role  

    FTI Consulting is seeking a results-driven, self-motivated, energetic, and resourceful Marketing Manager to support the Solutions Marketing team. This is an opportunity for an organized and collaborative marketer with strong events, presentation, and communications skills to play an integral role across a wide range of marketing activities. This strategic marketer will be working in a fast paced, changing environment in support of growth for our Brazilian office.     

     

    What You’ll Do  

    Key responsibilities will include: 

    • Support marketing programs across a wide variety of channels, including events, communications, and social media.   
    • Develop a wide range of written materials – email copy, web, social media, sales, etc. – that are clear and engaging, working both independently and in partnership with consultants and marketing colleagues.
    • Work closely with practice teams to research, plan and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the region. 
    • Effectively manage marketing campaigns, timelines, budgets, vendors, and assets as well as measuring and reporting on program effectiveness.
    • Coordinate marketing calendar activities to ensure transparency and maximize campaign effectiveness.
    • Design and implement team processes and workflow to ensure greater transparency and knowledge management across activities.
    • Own the regular measurement and reporting of regional marketing activities.
    • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure alignment of activities, including localizing global campaigns for local use.

    What You Will Need To Succeed   

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
    • 5 years of post-graduate, professional marketing (or related) experience
    • Fluency in English and Portuguese 

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience within legal services or business consulting, preferably in B2B business consulting and/or enterprise software
    • Proven ability to work across and with a wide variety of teams (sales, consulting, etc.) to reach desirable and beneficial outcomes for all teams
    • Experience with marketing automation systems, email marketing, etc.
    • Strong analytic skills; ability to find useful and actionable patterns in customer and revenue data
    • Experience working within Salesforce to manage strategic lead generation and nurturing programs, including progressing prospects through the buyer’s journey
    • Experience supporting business developers with sales presentations, proposals and RFPs
