Nemours is seeking a Director, Strategic Marketing & Communications to join our Nemours Children's Health located anywhere in the Delaware Valley.
The Regional Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications, DV will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies primarily in DV with some oversight of enterprise efforts. The goal is to enhance the Nemours brand and supporting strategies that align with the key areas of focus including: organizational business growth, partner/affiliate relationship development, thought leadership positioning and audience engagement strategies. Key to the success of this role is the application of expertise in market research, business analysis, and communications, digital and marketing strategy. The successful candidate must create and maintain cross departmental relationships to educate and influence key stakeholders in the creation of marketing strategies to support the business goals.
Fundamental to the role is the ability to build strong working relationships with enterprise marketing and communications partners, as well as serve as a liaison with our clinical and business operations leaders creating a partnership and ensuring a shared vision.
This position will serve as a key member of Delaware Valley leadership team, as well as the enterprise marketing and communications leadership team, to help develop and leverage best practices across the system.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master's Preferred
Minimum of 5-10 years of leadership in a Marketing and Communications required
Marketing Leadership experience and healthcare industry expertise, preferred
Proven experience in marketing analytics, CRM, digital and direct marketing, preferred

This role is required to be physically onsite in Wilmington, approximately 25-30% weekly on average
