Regional Marketing Manager develops and implements strategic marketing plans for an organization in a regional level. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Being a Regional Marketing Manager researches and develops pricing policies and recommends appropriate sales channels. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Marketing Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Regional Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Regional Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Essential Functions

    • Provide proofreading and editing support to other team members
    • Plan and deliver on communication objectives to showcase capabilities, products, and company positioning for our target audiences.
    • Collaborate with business development teams on sales collateral; including email campaigns, email distribution, and other lead generating initiatives
    • Other relative duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or journalism, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
    • Strong background creating high-performing, persuasive content with excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
    • Expertise using Adobe Creative Suite or similar
    • 3-8 years of experience in content marketing or related work
    • Security Integration industry experience a plus
    • Channel marketing experience preferred
    • Supervisory experience a plus
    • up to 20% travel

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Organization and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, problem solve, and meet deadlines.
    • Collaborative team player mentality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional groups

    Work Environment
    This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require driving to project sites.
