We are seeking a Regional Director as part of Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) to oversee our clinics on the peninsula. The Regional Director is responsible for assisting the President & CEO, the Chief Operating Officer (COO), and the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) with 24-hour per day supervision and management of staff members to ensure that quality dialysis services is delivered to patients at assigned locations and programs. The primary responsibility of the position is the ensure that the clinical managers and supervisors are accountable to quality nursing care. The Regional Director is responsible for assisting the CNO in patient care and staff management.

Work Hours and Location:
This is a salaried, regular full-time position, primarily at our Regional Administrative office in Bremerton. Work schedule is typically Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Ability to respond to emergency situations occurring outside of regular business hours is required. Ability to travel to and work from other PSKC clinic locations is required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range for this position is $84,834.21- $127,251.32 annually. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role.
