Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's in Biology, Chemistry, Physical Science, or a related Laboratory science field.
• Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of prior acute care hospital experience in a leadership role (ideally over multiple sites)
• MT (ASCP) or comparable Laboratory certification is required.

Responsibilities: As the Lab Director, you will:

• Operate all areas of the Laboratory in accordance with advisory and regulatory agency standards.
• Submit annual capital budget, ensuring adherence to productivity and cost control standards.
• Develop department initiatives aligned with the System's mission, vision, and values.
• Ensure high-quality continuum of care across Laboratory services across all three sites
• Oversee personnel actions, scheduling, performance reviews, and quality assurance.
• Serve as a liaison with hospital administration, physicians, and other departments.
• Direct the delivery of Laboratory services throughout the region.
