Overview
We’re looking for a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to join our team.
You will report directly to our National Director of Clinical Operations. You’ll be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the assigned hospice program/site.
You will conduct QA audits in a proactive, recurrent manner to support company infrastructure
Utilize information gathered to facilitate alterations to the HomeCareHomeBase (HCHB) documentation to prevent recurrence
Understand the intricacies of LOS and Disease states and how they interrelate
Quantify documentation and guide local management in the direction required to assure quality of patient documentation from all disciplines, to support terminality
About You
Registered nurse currently licensed with preferably a BSN or equivalent degree
3 years of Hospice and Home Care experience with one year supervisory or management experience which requires responsibility for evaluation, training, and personnel supervision
Experience participating in state surveys
Experience with Accreditation surveys preferred
