The Director of Patient Services - Bartow Regional Medical Center is a member of the management team and participates in planning, policy development and priority setting.

• Ensures that nursing and other assigned clinical areas have policies that are consistent with the overall goals of the health system.
• Ensures compliance in the provision of care to quality and safety standards.
• Maintains a competent workforce adhering to regulatory guidelines (financial, employment, AHCA and JCAHO) and established national standards of care.
• Collaborates with other directors, administrators, medical staff and other departments to provide and maintain optimal services in a cost-effective manner.

Requirements:

• Requires Education includes MSN or BSN and master’s degree in related field.
• Required experience includes 4 years in Healthcare Leadership or 3 years in Nursing Leadership w/ MSN or Doctorate’s Nursing and RN Certification
