Regional Director of Therapy Operations

Estimated Average Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 Yearly

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or CCC-SLP
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must have multi-site management experience
• 2-5 years of management experience preferably in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Must be able to travel as necessary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assures all patient needs are met, treatment is well-documented, good outcomes are achieved and the therapy departments operate efficiently, during site visits
• Provides in-services and training to staff as requested
• Functions as a resource for clinical program and caseload development
• Develops educational materials for rehab departments
• Provides documentation and billing training
• Completes Quarterly Documentation Audits for each facility
• Schedules conference calls /meetings with therapy directors for communication and training as needed
• Participates in responses to any denied therapy claims
• Assures the clinical, operational and financial success in each designated facility
• Achieves optimal practice performance of therapy department through mentoring, problem-solving, brainstorming and supervising the therapy director
• Visits all assigned facilities, with availability to therapy directors and facilities via phone and email on an ongoing basis
• Participates in operations review calls with senior management
• Participates in other senior management functions as needed to assure company success
