Job Description - Senior Regional Director of Operations
The Senior Regional Director of Operations will be directly responsible for the development and execution of the company's operations strategy as well as leading a team of Regional Directors of Operations, who are each assigned a portfolio of hotel properties in the successful achievement of Balanced Scorecard metrics including Profitability, Guest Service Scores, Employee Satisfaction, Employee Turnover, Market Share, and Owner Satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have deep operations experience, a strategic mindset, great initiative, attention to detail, and outstanding time management skills, while also being a natural leader capable of connecting with the teams in each of the assets he/she leads.
