Oversee water supply planning, dam safety programs, and efforts to reduce non-revenue water. Coordinate with technical consultants, contribute to rate cases, bond financing, and ensure annual capital expenditure goals are met. Play a significant role in strategic planning, budget management, and inter-departmental coordination to support company-wide objectives.   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, mechanical, chemical engineering or a related field. Must be a registered Professional Engineer. At least 10 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry, with a track record of professional growth in project and personnel management, department management, and asset management. Must have strong foundation in project management, regulatory compliance, environmental policies, and financial management.   Experience/Skills/Abilities Demonstrated leadership skills, including vision-setting, motivating teams, and fostering professional growth. Strong communication skills for effective team guidance, board presentations, and inter-agency reporting. Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities. Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and tasks, enhancing internal and external customer service.
