This position is responsible for the overall development, implementation, and administration of Ambulatory Services to include assigned practices in the outpatient center, East Campus and/or community practices (Internal Medicine, Urology, Surgery, Orthopedic, ENT/Oral, Sickle Cell, Adult Special Care, GI/ Endoscopy, Infusion, Health & Wellness and Primary Care etc.) to ensure that quality services are provided during the treatment, therapy and follow-up of patients.. Ensures compliance with all organization, state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols.
Education Requirement:
Master’s Degree required.
Experience Requirement:
Seven years progressive healthcare/administrative leadership experience in ambulatory services.

Develops systems for analyzing, monitoring and reporting Ambulatory services to meet objectives and regulatory requirements.
Participates in the development of the annual operating and capital budget. Directs the financial and capital resources of the department/service units by monitoring operating revenue and expenses, establishing and maintaining cost control programs. Has overall accountability for staffing levels, structure and skill mix and operating expenses. Implements new or revises current programs and/or services set out in the business plan.
