Shaker Auto Group is looking for a Corporate Fixed Operations Director for our Connecticut Locations. This is a boots on the ground position and the Fixed Ops Director will be expected to travel between locations (demo gas will be provided).
Must be metrics focused, strong with KPIs, a strong trainer & coach, as well as a clear communicator. It is also important that this person knows how to drive profit and manage expenses. Experience on CDK and TruVideo a big plus. It is imperative that this person has multi-store experience, zero exceptions. Compensation in the 180k-250k range based on experience, performance, and track record with room for growth.
