We are looking for a Regional Directors of Operation with successful experience (long term care nursing homes) to be accountable for performance of the facilities located in Illinois. The ideal candidate will support the leaders of the facilities to meet our high standards of care, and generate strong and consistent operating and financial performance.
The responsibilities of this position will include, but not limited to:
Knowledge/Skills:
Critical thinking is a must! Ability to demonstrate knowledge and past experience with successful financial outcomes, high standards of care, and state survey process with a positive track record. Effective verbal and written communications and community relations skills. Must be skilled in conflict resolution, staff engagement and relationship building. Computer literacy skills (Microsoft, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet). Must be able to work some evenings and weekends and maintain a flexible work schedule. Ability to travel overnight as needed.
Qualification/Required Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years operational experience required; Multi-facility experience preferred.
Must have an active Illinois Nursing Home Admisitrator License (LNHA).
Prefer an Acitve Illinois Registered Nursing License.
